Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across tech, climate, and societal domains to identify 2026+ strategic inflection points
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Produce high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models and value propositions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning for 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate resilience
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategic journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
