Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies and socio-economic shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce forward-looking reports and executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated market needs
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects (quantifiable impact required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
