Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology, societal, and market shifts
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders
- Design scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Drive innovation workshops and future-state visioning sessions
- Partner with R&D to align futuristic concepts with product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published work on future-focused topics (white papers, books, journals)
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
