As part of our elite Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and sustainable design architects to anticipate societal shifts and market disruptions. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technology, human behavior, and systemic change.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, neurotech, climate-positive systems)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Advise C-suite on disruptive risks and opportunities in the 2025-2030 timeframe
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, energy systems)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published author or speaker at TED, Davos, or equivalent high-impact forums
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
