Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
