- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports published in top-tier journals
- Partner with R&D to incubate pilot programs for 2026 commercialization
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic scenarios that drove measurable outcomes
- Expertise in AI/ML modeling, biotech disruption, or sustainable energy systems
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in HBR, MIT Technology Review, or equivalent
- Portfolio of 3+ successful future-proofing initiatives for enterprise clients
