Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or tech innovation
- Proven expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of Web3, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in Python/R for trend analysis and predictive modeling
