Responsibilities
- Scan global tech/science landscapes to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities by 2026
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build predictive models for market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Collaborate with R&D to align 5-year product roadmaps with future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successful future-focused initiatives launched since 2020
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent
