Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation pathways
- Produce actionable insight reports on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Advise leadership on market evolution risks and competitive landscape shifts
- Design stakeholder communication strategies for future-state adoption
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and pioneer new methodologies for horizon scanning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with Delphi methodology and cross-cultural trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic frameworks
