Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and emerging risks
- Produce high-impact scenario plans and strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain relationships with innovation labs, academic institutions, and thought leaders
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Monitor global macroeconomic shifts and technological advancements to update strategic priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategic implementations
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
