- Analyze megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, neurotech) to construct 2026 strategic scenarios
- Develop quantifiable foresight models using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Lead quarterly innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing stakeholders
- Author annual 'Future Horizons' white papers distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Design and facilitate immersive scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
- Represent the company at premier foresight conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
