- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with 5-year future-state visions
- Facilitate executive workshops on future implications and disruption preparedness
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF preferred)
