Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and business models
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure responsible innovation
- Present future visions to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven storytelling
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and socio-cultural dynamics impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
