Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis, scenario planning, and cross-industry research
- Lead strategic workshops with executive stakeholders to align organizational capabilities with emerging technological paradigms
- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation accelerators to scout breakthrough technologies
- Design and implement innovation pipelines to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with quantifiable ROI projections and risk assessments
- Mentor a cross-functional team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: Quantum Computing, AGI, Neural Interfaces, and Biotech convergence
