Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms through 2030
- Develop quantitative/qualitative forecasting models for AI, biotech, and quantum computing adoption curves
- Lead client workshops to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps and investment priorities
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 partners
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using emerging tech stack
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and measure strategic impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with direct futures forecasting experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing predictive modeling frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
