- Develop strategic frameworks that future-proof client organizations across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation blueprints
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market demands
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) highly valued
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
