Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership reports on AI ethics, climate-tech disruption, and human augmentation
- Advise executive teams on emerging technology adoption and organizational transformation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-level future scenarios
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional research synthesis and scenario-planning methodologies
- Executive-level presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational transformation through foresight
