Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy, aligning emerging innovations with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML-driven solutions for autonomous systems
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across legacy infrastructure
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption metrics
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, biotech, or autonomous systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong P&L management experience for innovation portfolios
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps
