- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight methodology playbook
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation with demonstrable impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
