Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps anticipating 2026 technological, economic, and social shifts
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation)
- Translate foresight into executive-ready frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Develop compelling narratives to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Advise on ethical implications of disruptive technologies and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, MBA, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-shaping projects delivered
