Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and innovation strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
