- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, sustainable tech, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-vision initiatives
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive innovation
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Monitor global signals (geopolitical, environmental, technological) for early opportunity identification
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or tech innovation
- Proven track record in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and foresight frameworks
