Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026 industry disruption
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Build predictive models for market shifts, regulatory changes, and societal transformations
- Produce visionary whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and government futurist initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional narrative-building skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in ambiguous environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, STEEPVL)
