Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate global market disruptions and competitive threats
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into R&D pipelines
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies and societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Proven track record of driving enterprise-level innovation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate resilience technologies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex futures concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
