Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech innovations
- Present future-facing strategies to executive board and external stakeholders quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (Stanford, MIT) and emerging tech startups
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting tech adoption timelines
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Manage $5M innovation budget for pilot programs and strategic investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning with proven impact on tech roadmap execution
- Published research or thought leadership in emerging technologies (IEEE, Nature Futures)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and climate tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementation
- Experience leading remote global teams across 3+ time zones
