Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision aligned with company growth objectives
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, quantum computing) to identify opportunities
- Create scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize 2026 technology roadmap
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic initiative success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI/ML, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or similar preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, books, keynotes)
