Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap for Horizon Dynamics
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitical, and socio-economic domains
- Develop quantitative forecasting models to assess market opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future scenarios into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience developing long-term (5+ year) corporate strategies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
