Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks by synthesizing quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive board, including risk assessments and opportunity matrices
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor junior futurists while building the company's foresight methodology and tools
- Present at Davos, SXSW, and global innovation summits as Horizon Dynamics' thought leader
- Architect the company's 10-year innovation ecosystem with $50M+ annual R&D budget
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market dominance
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption modeling
- Published author or keynote speaker on emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Deep network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
