Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology-society impact matrix using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to deconstruct emerging risks/opportunities in biotech, quantum systems, and decentralized governance
- Produce quarterly Future State Briefings for executive teams and board members
- Design ethical frameworks for human augmentation and autonomous system integration
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026-era challenges
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces for human-machine cognition
- Represent the company at global foresight councils and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business impact (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or neurotech
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive-level presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major tech publications
- Mastery of strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, causal layered analysis)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
