- Present executive-level trend briefings to inform R&D investments and market expansion strategies
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate adoption of next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs to track strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success (portfolio required)
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) or equivalent practical experience
- Published author or recognized thought leader in innovation/futures space
