Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology implications
- Produce strategic briefings on paradigm shifts (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Design early-warning systems for disruptive market forces
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness
- Present findings to executive boards and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
