Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform 2026 strategic initiatives
- Develop future-ready roadmaps for product development, market expansion, and customer experience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on long-term vision scenarios
- Produce actionable foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future concepts into compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental signals with strategic impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism at Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
