Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in 5-year planning cycles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizations on future-state vision and innovation priorities
- Produce proprietary foresight reports and predictive models using proprietary AI-driven analytics
- Advolve clients on emerging business models and disruptive market opportunities through 2026
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions for enterprise clients
- Represent company at global futurist forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification (e.g., CFAP)
- Minimum 8 years consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients in tech or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in Python, R, and advanced visualization tools
- Published author in futures research or peer-reviewed foresight methodologies
- Experience leading high-stakes scenario planning sessions for C-suite executives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of market trends (2018-2023 validation required)
