- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content published at Davos and World Economic Forum
- Quantify market disruption risks/opportunities through proprietary predictive modeling systems
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused KPIs for emerging technology adoption
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven futures methodology experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry-leading publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations in tech or sustainability sectors
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent professional accreditation
