Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce scenario-based roadmaps identifying disruptive opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic preparedness and adaptation capacity
- Partner with R&D to accelerate innovation aligned with future market needs
- Maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts for intelligence gathering
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism with 2026+ planning experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
