Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks and decentralized AI networks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on biotech convergence and neuro-interfaces to inform product roadmaps
- Architect sustainable tech ecosystems for carbon-negative operations and circular economy integration
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing providers and synthetic biology innovators
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and emerging tech evaluation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or ethical AI governance
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members in fast-paced tech environments
- Deep understanding of blockchain architectures and zero-knowledge proofs
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio showcasing implemented tech roadmaps with measurable market impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology
