Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future-tech concepts into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for future-tech R&D
- Forecast technology adoption curves and ROI projections for emerging solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, WFS) or technology management
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech implementation projects
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
