Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years developing production-level AI/quantum systems
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in probabilistic forecasting and scenario modeling
- Proficiency in emerging tech stacks (Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, Neuralink APIs)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting tech implementations
- Certification in Future Foresight methodologies (WFS, APF)
