Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of high-performance, distributed systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding conventions across the engineering organization.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to modern, cloud-native environments with zero downtime.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate strategic business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure system integrity and security.
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating cutting-edge technologies (AI/ML, Edge Computing) into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture with a focus on scalability.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, message queues, and event-driven systems.
- Proven experience leading teams through complex technical transformations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
