Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year implementation windows
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Author white papers on technological singularity preparedness and human augmentation ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Futurology, or related field with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech strategies (minimum 5-year horizon)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or decentralized AI systems
- Published research on human-machine symbiosis or technological forecasting
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quipper)
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks
