Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI/ML infrastructure and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural network governance
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI systems beyond current technological boundaries
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or bio-integrated systems
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq) and Python
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization projects
