- Conduct scenario planning for global tech policy shifts and market volatility
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Translate technical foresight into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 2020-2025 horizon planning experience
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or Technology Innovation Management
