Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with long-term strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Identify emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess market disruption potential
- Drive R&D investments in future-facing solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against ambitious 2026 milestones
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Present innovation strategies to executive leadership and board members
- Foster an experimental culture through hackathons and innovation challenges
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and business domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong background in venture capital, startup incubation, or corporate innovation
- Certification in Future Foresight or Strategic Innovation (preferred)
