Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruptions
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in futures forecasting
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level executives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
