Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technological shifts
- Mentor emerging technologists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
