- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future industry shifts
- Produce actionable trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development cycles
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry speaking engagements
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technologies and socio-economic trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into strategic initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leader in innovation or future trends (required)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in tech environments
