Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce visionary thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Advise executive team on technology investment priorities and market disruption vectors
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and innovation ecosystems
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of trend analysis and predictive modeling
