Responsibilities
- Architect product roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI by 2026
- Lead cross-functional squads through agile sprints with 3-week delivery cycles
- Conduct user research in simulated 2030 environments to validate future product concepts
- Develop AI-driven predictive analytics for market trend forecasting and feature prioritization
- Collaborate with neuro-ergonomics specialists to design brain-computer interface prototypes
- Present quarterly vision briefings to C-suite stakeholders using immersive AR presentations
- Manage beta testing programs with early adopters in emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management with proven experience in emerging tech (quantum computing, neural interfaces, or decentralized AI)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on human-computer interaction
- Expertise in agile methodologies with certification in SAFe or LeSS for large-scale innovation
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped products with 10M+ users or $50M+ revenue impact
- Experience conducting user research in simulated future environments using VR/AR tools
- Strong understanding of neuro-ergonomics principles and ethical AI governance frameworks
