Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-gen AI/ML systems with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead quantum computing research initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems used in Fortune 500 companies
- Oversee implementation of blockchain-based supply chain solutions reducing global carbon footprint by 40%
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers across 3 time zones using agile methodologies
- Drive innovation in neuromorphic computing for real-time edge processing
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through technical white papers and investor pitches

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or equivalent industry experience
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in AI/blockchain domains
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Patents in at least two of: neural architecture optimization, quantum error correction, or federated learning
