- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends including bio-integrated interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Drive ethical technology adoption frameworks aligned with UN SDGs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years experience in tech innovation with 5+ at executive level
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong familiarity with Web3, AR/VR, and neuromorphic computing
- Validated experience leading cross-cultural global teams
